At Cristallini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fashion purchase. If your garment does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the item in its original Cristallini packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your request confirmation to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
